Through careful site identification of brownfield and greenfield opportunities, we can move quickly to acquire land on an unconditional or conditional basis. A professional and experienced team are on hand to assess sites quickly and honestly, providing initial feedback within a matter of days.

We are fully aware that land related decisions are important, and in a lot of cases commercially sensitive, therefore site visits and continued correspondence are completed professionally and discreetly.

We are an entrepreneurial team with in-house capabilities that range from demolition, reclamation and remediation through to master planning and sustainable development solutions.

We work closely with local and national developers covering a range of end uses. Once the technical and planning issues have been dealt with, we will look to sell the land in its entirety or in separate parcels with the benefit of planning permissions and with all regulatory sign off procedures in place. This removes all pre-development risk from the land acquisition and provides an 'oven-ready' opportunity to our development partners.

Promotion agreements have become more common over recent years. They are increasingly used in relation to sites which have medium or long-term planning potential for residential led development.

We can fund and manage the intricacies of the planning process with a view to sharing the increased land value with the landowner.
